Mahrem uses color schemes. Each scheme has six colors: Background, Text, Headings, Accent, Button and Button label. Every other tone — surfaces, borders, muted text, glass — is mixed from these automatically, so a light scheme works as well as a dark one.
- Scheme 1 is used for the page background.
- Scheme 2 is used for drawers, menus and pop-ups.
- Every section has its own Color scheme setting.
The theme comes with four schemes: ink, raised ink, bordeaux and cream.
Tip
Keep enough contrast between Text and Background. Muted text is derived from these two, so it stays readable when they contrast well.
